Program Overview

At Seven Hills, we are committed to developing well-rounded lacrosse players across the Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons while actively encouraging multi-sport participation. Each season, our coaching staff prioritizes both individual skill growth and team development, ensuring players advance in all aspects of the game. Beyond practices, our coaches provide players with targeted drills and lacrosse learning exercises they can incorporate on their own, fostering continuous improvement between sessions. Most importantly, we instill the values of good sportsmanship, integrity, and respect—both on and off the field—ensuring that our athletes compete with character and represent Seven Hills with pride.

Fall Season

The Seven Hills Fall Season includes eight high-energy Sunday morning practices and a competitive fall tournament. Our focus is on both individual player development and a deeper understanding of full-field lacrosse, helping athletes elevate their stick skills and lacrosse IQ. The fall tournament provides valuable exposure for our older teams while offering younger teams a chance to grow and compete. It also gives our coaches key insights into areas for improvement as we transition into indoor winter training.

The program consists of eight indoor practices on Sundays held at the Park Sports Center in Milford, Massachusetts, providing a high-energy training environment focused on skill development and overall athletic improvement.

Summer Season

The summer season is the core of our Seven Hills Lacrosse program, offering the ideal blend of high-level competition, player development, and team camaraderie. Our teams practice twice a week, focusing on refining individual skillsets, enhancing lacrosse IQ, and developing a cohesive team style of play.

Throughout the season, players compete in three highly competitive tournaments, providing invaluable experience and, for our high school athletes, excellent exposure to college recruiters. For our youth teams, these tournaments are key opportunities for growth, reinforcing skills learned in practice and preparing them for the next level of play.

Our experienced coaching staff is dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes, emphasizing not only technical and tactical skills but also the importance of teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship. At Seven Hills Lacrosse, we strive to build confident, skilled players who love the game and play it the right way.
